Governance Model

Weekly Status Meetings (WSM)

WSM would serve as a weekly SCRUM for the project with Projects Manager, Delivery Team and Client Project Manager as stakeholders. It is visible to all team members for the purposes of Task Allocations, Status, Process Stages, Dependencies, and Challenges.

Status Reporting (PSM)

WSM would serve as a weekly SCRUM for the project with Projects Manager, Delivery Team and Client Project Manager as stakeholders. It is visible to all team members for the purposes of Task Allocations, Status, Process Stages, Dependencies, and Challenges.

QA / Testing Framework

PSM serves as a monthly SCRUM with visibility to the client. Apisdor Project Manager is the one who facilitates the progress of the meeting. The meetings consist of tasks, reviews, issues and escalations, solutions, and post-meeting acknowledgments and confirmations.
